Scottie Scheffler and Nelly Korda are the biggest things in golf for a reason

The hole between world No. 1 Nelly Korda and world No. 2 Lilia Vu in the Rolex Ladies' Golf Rankings is pretty much as wide as the hole among Vu and 185th-positioned player Auston Kim.
Scheffler has two times as many rounds of 64 or lower (4) this season than rounds of even standard (2). Indeed, even standard is his most exceedingly awful score in 2024 (cycle 2 at the Houston Open and Experts). He hasn't shot better than expected since a 3-north of 73 at the Visit Title in August.
