Budh Pradosh Vrat is a Hindu Vrat dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. It is observed on the Trayodashi Tithi of the Shukla Paksha (waxing phase of the Moon) and Krishna Paksha (waning phase of the Moon).
