SAP Enable Now & WalkMe Driving Digital Adoption Success
A digital adoption platform (DAP) is offered to organizations in Zambia via integration of SAP Enable Now and WalkMe, with Prompt Edify managing the implementation project, delivered in Lusaka. WalkMe is also going to be SAP's primary solution for in-application help. Future integration of training content into WalkMe is being planned. While SAP Enable Now is focused on developing role-based training content, WalkMe provides users in-app guidance at the moment of need, improving user adoption and productivity, and creating a single experience for learning and performance support.
